Can I choose the comics for my subscription? + -

Yes, you can choose the comics from the ones currently in stock.

How do I track my parcel? + -

You will receive the tracking number and tracking link on email as well as whatsapp whenever we dispatch your parcel.

If I receive a damaged comic, what should I do? + -

Drop us a mail at [email protected] with the pictures of the damaged product. New comics will be dispatched to you immediately free of cost.

Can I return the comics if I don't need them? + -

You can return the comics within the return window of 10 days after delivery. Please note, this will also cancel your subscription. You will get full refund for the returned comics as well as for the unshipped comics. Your subscription would be charged at monthly rate when cancelled before 3 months and quarterly rate when cancelled before 12 months.

How to cancel my subscription? + -

You can cancel your subscription anytime in the plan section after logging into your dashboard. You will get full refund for the unshipped comics. Your subscription would be charged at monthly rate if cancelled before 3 months and quarterly rate if cancelled before 12 months.

What if I want to change my shipping address? + -

Yes, you can update your shipping address in the settings of your user profile. Once you have updated it, you will receive the future orders on the new address.

Do I get repeat books in my upgraded subscription? + -

If you upgrade your subscription, you will receive a completely new set of books. The books that have been delivered previously won't be repeated.
