Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. In most cases delivery happens within 7 working days however in a few cases it can take up to 14 working days for the parcel to get delivered.

Shipment carriers

We ship through India Post and well reputed courier companies to ensure safe delivery all across India.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) and Tracking URL. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Menstrupedia is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages in transit

Menstrupedia will cover for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you do not receive your parcel within the stipulated time we’ll refund your amount. If you receive the parcel in damaged condition we would require you to take pictures/videos of the damaged parcel and share with us after which we will ship a replacement again to you.

International Shipping Policy

We ship internationally through reputed carriers like DHL, UPS. Parcel shipped internationally can take up to 30 days to get delivered.

If parcel is not delivered even after 30 days, we’ll refund your entire amount.
